3. To the agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for accomplishment of this resolution.

1. Rules of maintaining the register of the state services (further - Rules) determine procedure for maintaining the register of the state services and its structure.

2. The main objective of maintaining the register is identification of the state services, and inclusion of data on the state services in the register, simplification of availability of the state services to service providers.

3. Purposes of maintaining register:

- increase in efficiency and quality of activities of service providers;
