About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2008 No. 231

1. Grant on the Regulations on procedure of payments the sums of the pledge of money which is subject to introduction by the owner of dangerous wastes or person authorized by it in the republican budget when implementing import of dangerous wastes to the Republic of Belarus or their movements by transit through the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and also procedure for entering of such pledge into the republican budget and its return approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2008 No. 231 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 53, 5/26829; 2010, No. 56, 5/31356; No. 251, 5/32615; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.04. 2013, 5/37100; 10:07. 2013, 5/37518; 14:05. 2014, 5/38829; 24:09. 2016, 5/42654), following changes:
1.1. in Item 2:
in part one:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"2. The sum of pledge of money is granted in Belarusian rubles for date of submission of documents depending on amount of the imported or moved dangerous wastes in the amount of:";
in the paragraph the second the words "40 euros" shall be replaced with words "4 basic sizes";
in paragraph three of the word "0, 1 euros" shall be replaced with words "0,01 of basic size";
in part two of the word "it can be brought in the republican budget in US dollars, euro, Russian rubles for the official rate of Belarusian ruble to the corresponding foreign currency established by National Bank" shall be replaced with words "it is brought in the republican budget in Belarusian rubles proceeding from the size of the basic size established";
1.2. the second Item 7 to exclude part;
1.3. third of Item 8 to exclude part.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
