About modification of the Instruction on the organization of work of bank system in the extraordinary mode

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring reliability and stability of functioning of bank system in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. The paragraph one of Item 74 of the Section XII of the Instruction on the organization of work of the bank system in the extraordinary mode approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 22, 2014 No. 435 (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"74. Cash workers in case of approach of any threat of safety of values according to the written order which is signed by the director of Operations department or the division manager of currency circulation in the region or the chief of the department of numismatical products and cash transactions of Department of currency circulation, on all workplaces pack cash liquidity and other values which received under the responsibility, and also the available cash documents about committed transactions in sacks, carts, cartridges which oplombirovyvatsya with execution of references to them with indication of conditional assessment 1 (one) hryvnia. The liability for content of the specified sacks, carts, cartridges is assigned to cash workers who performed their packaging and sealing.".

2. To department of safety (Igor Konovalov) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. The resolution becomes effective since April 25, 2022.
