According to Item 46.5 of Article 46 of Chapter 2 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine, Item 86 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of November 30, 2021 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring balance of budget receipts" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 1914-IX:

1. Make changes to form of the Tax declaration on payment for the earth (the land tax and/or the rent for the parcels of land of the state-owned or utility property) approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 16, 2015 No. 560, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 03, 2015 for No. 783/27228 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 23, 2017 No. 9), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. To provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Vorobey S. I. and chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
