non-presentation to customs authorities of the Russian Federation of data on inclusion of notifications in the unified register of the notifications provided by the Provision concerning the cryptography (cryptographic) tools imported into the Russian Federation which are component parts for industrial production of the electronic machinery and equipment in the territory of the Russian Federation, the producers of such machinery and equipment included in the list of the systemically important organizations of the Russian economy;
