About modification of some regulations

Art. I. - Item a) parts (1) article 8 of the Law on the status of the judge No. 544/1995 (repeated publication: 2013, 63), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 15-17, in the following edition:

"a) any other paid position or activities, except for teaching, scientific, creative activities and in collegiate organs as a part of bodies of the public power or public organizations;".

Art. II. - Part (2) article 14 of the Law on Prosecutor's office No. 3/2016 (2016, 113), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 69-77, in the following edition:

"(2) In withdrawal from part provisions (1) the prosecutor can be engaged in teaching, scientific activities and activities in collegiate organs as a part of bodies of the public power or public organizations. Rules of combination of position with these types of activity are established by the Supreme council of prosecutors.".

Art. III. - In the Law on National authority on integrity No. 132/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 245-246, 511), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Item i) parts (3) articles 7 of change concern only the text in state language.

2. In Article 12:

Item i) parts (to declare 3) invalid;

"(9) Meetings of Council are competent with the assistance of most of members in them. Meetings of Council are open and are held by the chairman in meeting who is elected by a majority vote the present members. Resolutions of Council are accepted by a majority vote the present members, except for resolutions for which this law provides other majority, and are signed by the chairman in meeting. The first meeting of Council is convened by the chairman Organa no later than one month from the date of appointment of the fifth member of council.".
