1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with subsequent changes) such changes:

Article 21-2 after part one to add 1) with two new parts of the following content:

"2. For the military personnel from among foreigners and stateless persons which are accepted on military service under the contract and are appointed to positions, the following terms of military service in calendar calculation are established:

for faces of ordinary structure - 3 years;

for faces of sergeant and foreman structure - from 3 to 5 years.

3. During action of the special period by the serviceman from among foreigners and stateless persons which pass military service under the contract, the possibility of the termination (termination) of the contract at own will is guaranteed".

With respect thereto second and third to consider parts respectively parts four and heel;

Item 3 parts five of Article 26 to add 2) with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"") at own will (for the military personnel from among foreigners and stateless persons which pass military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine)".
