About modification in Criminal and Criminal procedural codes of Ukraine concerning enhancement of responsibility for kollaboratsionny activities and features of application of measures for making of crimes against bases of homeland and public security

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 2526, the Art. 131):

In paragraph five of part one of Article 55 of the word and figures "Article 111-1 of this Code" shall be replaced with words 1) also in figures "Articles 111-1, 111-2 of this Code";

To add 2) with Article 111-2 of the following content:

"Article 111-2. Complicity to the state aggressor

1. The intentional actions directed to the help to the state aggressor (complicity), to paramilitary groups and/or occupational administration of the state aggressor, made by the citizen of Ukraine, the foreigner or the stateless person, except for citizens of the state aggressor for the purpose of harming Ukraine in the way: realization or supports of decisions and/or actions of the state aggressor, paramilitary groups and/or occupational administration of the state aggressor; voluntary collection, preparation and/or transfer of material resources or other assets to representatives of the state aggressor, its paramilitary groups and/or occupational administration of the state aggressor -

are punished by imprisonment for a period of ten up to twelve years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of ten up to fifteen years and with confiscation of property or without that".

2. In the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88):
