1. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation concerning agreements on provision of subsidies to the Russian organizations and individual entrepreneurs and (or) other interbudget transfers concluded within implementation of state programs of the Russian Federation "Development of the industry and increase in its competitiveness", "Development of the aviation industry", "Development of the electronic and radio-electronic industry", "Development of shipbuilding and the equipment for development of offshore fields", "Development of the pharmaceutical and medical industry", "Development of defense industry complex" and "Scientific technology development of the Russian Federation" before the date of entry into force of this resolution, completion dates of obligations on which end after February 23, 2022, has the right to extend (without increase in the size of the provided subsidy and (or) other interbudget transfer) terms of achievement of values of results of provision of subsidies and (or) other interbudget transfers, the events reflecting the fact of completion of the relevant activity for receipt of result of provision of subsidies (control points), and also in need of other characteristics (the indicators necessary for achievement of the results of provision of subsidy) established by the corresponding procedures (rules) for provision of subsidies and (or) other interbudget transfers up to 12 months in the following cases:

a) on not depending on the Russian organizations and individual entrepreneurs who were affected by introduction of rationing arrangements from foreign states, to circumstances in connection with introduction of rationing arrangements from foreign states;
