About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2022, except for Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution, this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of official publication.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Rules of carrying out technical inspection of the tasks of investigation and search operations of vehicles of the bodies performing investigation and search operations, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 17, 2013 No. 348 "About technical inspection of vehicles of the bodies performing investigation and search operations" having features of design and (or) specially equipped for the decision (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 16, the Art. 1975):

a) state Items 2 and 3 in the following edition:

"2. Provisions of Items 3, of 4 and 14 Rules of carrying out technical inspection of the vehicles approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 15, 2020 No. 1434 "About approval of Rules of carrying out technical inspection of vehicles, and also about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (further - Rules of carrying out technical inspection of vehicles), taking into account the features established by these rules are applied to the relations on carrying out technical inspection of vehicles.

3. Technical inspection of vehicles is performed by forces of divisions of the bodies performing investigation and search operations (their territorial authorities) performing operation of the vehicles, with use which are available at their order of technological base and means of technical diagnosing providing confirmation of conformity of vehicles to the mandatory requirements of safety of vehicles imposed when carrying out technical inspection to the vehicles of separate categories given in appendix No. 1 to Rules of carrying out technical inspection of vehicles.";

b) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. At the end of the procedure of technical diagnosing the official who was carrying out it draws up the diagnostic card containing the conclusion about compliance or discrepancy of the vehicle to mandatory requirements of safety of vehicles in the form given in appendix No. 3 to Rules of carrying out technical inspection of vehicles according to the rules of filling of the diagnostic card approved by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.".

2. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 23, 2020 No. 741 "About approval of Rules of the organization and carrying out technical inspection of buses" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 22, Art. 3508; No. 39, Art. 6031):

a) add Item 2 with the words "also is effective till March 1, 2027.";

b) appendix to the Rules of the organization and carrying out technical inspection of buses approved by the specified resolution to state in the following edition:

"Appendix

to Rules of the organization and carrying out technical inspection of buses
(in edition of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 9, 2022 No. 306)
