1. In the form of the one-time (special) voluntary declaration approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 2, 2021 No. 439, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 19, 2021 for No. 1090/36712, of the word and figures "since January 1, 2012 had no right to submit declarations according to the laws determining or determining legal and organizational basis in the field of prevention of corruption (except applying or applying for holding the posts on which stay requires or required on behalf of submission of the corresponding declaration, and were not appointed or chosen to the corresponding positions)" shall be replaced with words and figures "since January 1, 2010, does not carry out or did not perform in Ukraine public functions, stipulated in Item 37 parts one of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction".
