Being guided by provisions of part 4 of Article 146 and part 3 of article 153 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Item 2 of the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 23, 2020 No. 105, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

1. Competence of authorized body on cooperation with the Eurasian economic commission on questions of forming and maintaining the Eurasian register of manufactured goods of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the register) according to Rules of determination of country of source of separate types of goods for the public (municipal) procurements (further - rules) and performing the check provided by rules to assign to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Armenia.

2. Determine that, making of production and technological actions in case of which products are considered coming from the Republic of Armenia by the provided rules of determination of country of source of separate types of goods for the public (municipal) procurements, and further verification of information containing in these acts the authorized body performing examination is considered competent of questions of issue of the appraisal certificate of accomplishment of conditions of production of industrial output (further - authorized body).
