About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:
the name and paragraph one of part one of Article 188-51 to state in the following edition:
"Article 188-51. Failure to carry out of legal requirements of the representative for persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances
Failure to carry out of legal requirements of the representative for persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances, or preventing to implementation of the powers by it";
to add Article 221 after figures "188-50" with figures "188-51";
to state the paragraph of "The commission on questions of persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances (Article 188-51-)" of Item of 1 part one of Article 255 in the following edition:
"The representative for persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances, or authorized persons of the secretariat of the Representative for persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances (Article 188-51)".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, but not earlier than day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of persons, missing persons" and other legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of legal regulation of the public relations connected with acquisition of the status of persons, missing persons after special circumstances".
