About classification of the line for industrial production of ice cream according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. The line for industrial production of ice cream consisting of the separate machines intended for collateral execution of complete cycle of technological transactions on production of ice cream, performing in certain sequence functions of pasteurization and chilling of milk raw materials, mixing of dry ingredients, preparations of mix for ice cream, homogenization, ripening, milling, chilling, extruding and (or) dosing of ice cream, introduction in the mass of syrups, jams and different fillers, freezing, glazing and packaging of ready ice cream according to the Basic rule of interpretation of 1 Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity is classified by the note 4 to the Section XVI of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union in goods item of the 8438th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
