About modification of Item 20.2 of procedure for making of customs transactions concerning the goods for private use moved through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, or the goods for private use which are temporarily imported on customs area of the Union, release of such goods and reflection of the fact of their recognition not being under customs control

According to Item 6 of Article 258 and Item 10 of Article 264 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

Bring in Item 20.2 of the Procedure for making of customs transactions concerning the goods for private use moved through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, or the goods for private use which are temporarily imported on customs area of the Union, release of such goods and reflection of the fact of their recognition not being under customs control, the Customs union approved by the Decision of the Commission of June 18, 2010 No. 311, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
