By results of acceptance the act of the performed works which within 3 (three) working days is vised by the representative of designer's service in the form established in appendix 3 to the Rules of the organization of activities and implementation of functions of the customer (builder) approved by the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2015 No. 229 is drawn up (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10795) or the motivated refusal in the presence of violations of requirements of Chapter 4 of these rules is issued.".

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
