About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of penal procedure of Turkmenistan

Part the fourth Article 121 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"In the protocol use in judicial session of system of digital video conference is specified.";

Article 122 to add 2) with parts of the following content:

"5. The notes submitted on the protocol shall be considered within five days from the date of their giving.

6. In case of absence for the objective reasons of possibility of consideration of notes on the protocol notes are filed by the chairman on the cases considered by the judge solely.";

To add 3) after Article 252 with article of the following content:

"Article 252-1. Features of interrogation, confrontation, presentation for identification by use of system of digital video conference

1. Investigative actions for interrogation, confrontation and presentation for identification by use of system of digital video conference of body which conducts preliminary investigation can be carried out by the investigator or the investigator with observance of the requirements specified in Chapters 27 and 29 of this Code and according to the features provided by this article.

2. In case of need of interrogation, confrontation and presentation for identification by use of system of digital video conference, the investigator holding pretrial investigation, or the investigator shall send the order to investigating body or body of inquiry in the place of stay of the corresponding person about carrying out the corresponding investigative actions with these persons.
