About introduction of amendments to articles 11 and 14 of the Federal law "About Industrial Policy in the Russian Federation"

The authorized body has the right to transfer based on the regulatory legal act of function of the operator of the state information system of the industry adopted by it to the organization subordinated to authorized body. For the purpose of operation and enhancement of the state information system of the industry (except for case if functions of the operator of the state information system of the industry are transferred to the organization subordinated to authorized body) the authorized body has the right to attract other persons in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.".
