About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About quarantine of plants"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About quarantine of plants" of August 15, 2009 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, No. 3, Art. 55; 2016, No. 1, Art. 16; 2017, No. 2, Art. 80; 2019, No. 1, Art. 14) following changes and amendments:

1) in Article 1:

in item 4 of the word of "authorized body on quarantine of plants" shall be replaced with words "Services of quarantine of plants of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Turkmenistan (further - Service)";

after Item 5 to add with Item of the following content:
