About release of separate goods from taxation on value added

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 2005 "About enhancement of legal regulation of the separate relations in the economic sphere" I decide No. 520:

1. Approve the enclosed list of technical means, materials which cannot be used differently as for prevention of disability and rehabilitation of disabled people, prosthetic and orthopedic products, raw materials and materials for their production, semifinished products to them exempted from taxation on value added when importing to the territory of the Republic of Belarus from the territory of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that in case of release from taxation on value added when importing to the territory of the Republic of Belarus from the territory of the Russian Federation:

technical means, materials which cannot be used differently as for prevention of disability and rehabilitation of disabled people, prosthetic and orthopedic products, raw materials and materials for their production, semifinished products to them the documents confirming certification (in the established cases) in National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus, and the permissions to their import issued in accordance with the established procedure by the Ministry of Health are submitted to tax authority in place of registration of the payer performing import of the called goods;

3. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective since June 1, 2006.
