1. Item 165.1 of article 165 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with subitem 165.1.63 of such content:
"165.1.63. the amount of remuneration for military equipment of the state aggressor, voluntarily given the Armed Forces of Ukraine suitable for application, according to the Law of Ukraine "About establishment of remuneration for military equipment of the state aggressor, voluntarily given the Armed Forces of Ukraine suitable for application".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
