About exemption of collection for driving of automotive vehicles of foreign states through highways public of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of simplification for the organizations of separate foreign states and physical persons of the procedure of entrance on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and movement on this territory I decide by en route:
1. Exempt from payment of collection for driving of automotive vehicles of foreign states through highways public of the Republic of Belarus:
the citizens of the Russian Federation who acquired in property buses and cargo vehicles with temporary (transit) numbers of registration and also owners (users) of the cars (including with trail cars) registered in the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation when moving these buses and cars by transit across the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
the sanatorium organizations which are under supervision of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus and located in the territory of the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Lithuania, in case of entrance belonging to them automotive vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
