I. Part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About transfer of objects of the right of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, Art. 228; 2013, No. 8, Art. 76, No. 41, Art. 550; 2014, No. 4, Art. 61; 2015, 45, the Art. 404) after the paragraph of the fourteenth to add No. with two new paragraphs of the following content:
"complete property complexes of the state rescue and fire fighting divisions (parts), other real and separate individually certain (movable) estate which belongs to bodies and divisions of Operational rescue service of civil protection both is not used and is not planned to use (except apartment houses and hostels which voluntary conveyance is performed according to the paragraph the second this part).
