Amounts, procedure for import and target use of such goods are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Provisions of this Item do not extend to excise goods, and also the goods having origin from the country recognized by the state invader according to the law and/or the state aggressor concerning Ukraine according to the legislation or are imported from the territory of the state invader (aggressor) and/or from the occupied territory of Ukraine, certain that according to the law.

The terms "public scientific institutions", "scientific activities", "scientific and technical activities" are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities"; the terms "institution of the higher education", "educational activities" - in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2022.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
