About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2006 No. 64

Based on part one of Item 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" and parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305-Z

1. Bring in the Rules of notarial clerical work approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2006 No. 64, the following changes:

in part one of Item 7 of the word "about cancellation" shall be replaced with words "from the date of cancellation";

in Item 21:

add part one with the offer of the following content: "Entering of corrections into the notarial document is performed by correction of the notarial document which is mistakenly written in the text or creation of the text of the notarial document again.";
