About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning functioning of spheres of employment and obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case during action of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 22, Art. 171 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 7:

in the paragraph the second to exclude parts one of the word "including its lump sum payment for the organization by the unemployed of business activity";

the second after the paragraph of the sixth to add part with the new paragraph of the following content:

"provision of one-time financial aid for the organization of business activity according to article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the twelfth respectively paragraphs the eighth - the thirteenth;

Parts the seventh and eleventh Article 22 to exclude 2);

3) in Article 23:

the sixth to exclude part;

the seventh to state part in the following edition:

"7. The procedure for provision of unemployment benefit is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

The paragraph third parts three of Article 36 to exclude 4);

The Section VIII "Final provisions" to add 5) with Item 3-3 of the following content:

"3-3. Determine that during action of warlike situation:

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine determines the list of types of providing, social services, compensations and benefits in spheres of employment and obligatory national social insurance for unemployment case, and also feature of their provision;

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine determines features of registration, re-registration of the unemployed and accounting of persons who are looking for work and also features of appointment, adjournment, reducing duration, allowance payment suspension by unemployment, other than established procedure;
