a) in Item 2 of the word "in the amount of 80 percent" shall be replaced with words "in the amount of 50 percent";
b) add with Item 4.1 of the following content:
"4.1. Provide to the Board of directors of the Central bank of the Russian Federation power to determine other, than the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the Decree, completion date residents - participants of foreign economic activity of obligation selling foreign currency.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
