Rules of selection of the subjects of the Russian Federation having the right to the state support in form of other interbudget transfers to cost recovery on the creation, upgrade and (or) reconstruction of infrastructure facilities of industrial parks, industrial technoparks, special economic zones approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 30, 2014 No. 1119 "About selection of the subjects of the Russian Federation having the right to the state support in form of other interbudget transfers to cost recovery on creation, upgrade and (or) reconstruction of infrastructure facilities of industrial parks, industrial technoparks, special economic zones" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 46, Art. 6344; 2020, No. 11, Art. 1540; 2021, No. 36, of the Art. 6419) to add with Item 12 (1) the following content:

"12(1). Action of the subitem "d" of Item 12 of these rules does not extend to the projects on creation, upgrade and (or) reconstruction of infrastructure facilities of industrial parks and industrial technoparks of private pattern of ownership included in the list of projects till September 10, 2021".
