1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63, the following changes:
from Item 29 part two the second offer to exclude;
state Item 44 in the following edition:
"44. The pledge agreement can be certified by any notary.";
third of Item 121 to exclude part;
state Item 162-1 in the following edition:
"162-1. In case of filing of application about issue of the certificate on the property right by the heir (heirs) who is not the surviving spouse, the certificate on the property right is granted after fifteen working days from the date of receipt of such statement, except as specified, provided by part two of this Item.
In case of filing of application about issue of the certificate on the property right by the surviving spouse, and in case of the death of both spouses the heir (heirs) the certificate on the property right is granted in terms, the stipulated in Article 61 Law of the Republic of Belarus "About notariate and notarial activities".
