About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About investigation"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. "About investigation" of September 17, 2020 No. 912-IX with subsequent changes to add the Section IX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 4-1 of the following content:
"4-1. Determine that till May 1, 2023 on military service in prospecting body of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine persons without observance of the requirement, stipulated in Item 2 parts two of article 31 of this Law can be accepted".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two weeks from the date of entry into force of this Law:
provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this law;
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other central executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
