Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 1994 No. 77-FZ "About obligatory copy of documents" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 1, Art. 1; 2002, No. 7, Art. 630; 2008, No. 13, Art. 1184; No. 30, Art. 3616; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2305; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4211; 2022, No. 9, Art. 1258) following changes:

1) in Article 7:

a) in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word "ITAR-TASS News Agency (ITAR-TASS)" shall be replaced with words "The Russian state library";

b) the paragraph one of Item 3 to state in the following edition:

"3. Producers of documents within seven days from the date of issue of the first batch of circulation of printing editions bring with use of information and telecommunication networks two obligatory copies of the printing editions electronically certified by the qualified digital signature of the producer of the document to the Russian state library.";

2) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of Article 12 of the word "ITAR-TASS News Agency (ITAR-TASS)" shall be replaced with words "The Russian state library";

3) in paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 17 of the word "ITAR-TASS News Agency (ITAR-TASS)" shall be replaced with words "The Russian state library";
