About modification of Rules of the conclusion, change and termination of special investment contracts
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the conclusion, change and termination of special investment contracts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2020 No. 1048 "About approval of Rules of the conclusion, change and termination of special investment contracts" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 30, the Art. 4911).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is not applied to the relations connected with the conclusion of special investment contracts of the notice on carrying out open competitive selection on the right of which conclusions are posted on the official site of authorized body on the Internet and the state information system of the industry before entry into force of this resolution.
