Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2019 No. 1764 "About state registration of vehicles in registration divisions of State Inspection for Road Traffic Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 52, the Art. 7999).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2019 No. 1764

1. Declare Item 3 invalid.

2. In Rules of state registration of vehicles in the registration divisions of State Inspection for Road Traffic Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:

a) the paragraph one of Item 7 to state in the following edition:

"7. The statement for making of registration actions and documents attached to it are filed by the vehicle owner or his representative personally to registration division in 10-day time from the date of release into the stream of commerce of the vehicle in case of its production for own use, from the date of temporary import of the vehicle on the territory of the Russian Federation for the term of more than one year or from the date of acquisition of rights of the vehicle owner or emergence of other circumstances requiring change of registration data.";
