1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation abroad.
2. Determine that the extreme number of representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation abroad since March 15, 2022 constitutes 100 units.
3. Paragraph two of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 5, 2008 No. 437 "About the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 24, Art. 2867; 2014, No. 6, Art. 584; 2018, No. 36, of the Art. 5633) to state in the following edition:
"Permanent mission of the Russian Federation under the World Trade Organization, specialists of the Ministry in permanent missions of the Russian Federation under the international organizations and representatives of the Ministry abroad constitute the foreign office of the Ministry.".
