About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning activities of Road fund under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of providing and achievement of steady functioning of management system with transport and road assets, strengthenings of financial basis of development of road net and enhancement of wages system of workers of road industry, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for transformation of system of road industry" of December 24, 2021 No. 346 the following changes:

To add 1) with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Approve the sizes of official pay rates of employees of Road fund under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 8.";

To add 2) with appendix 8 in edition according to appendix to this resolution;

3) in Regulations on Road fund under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the text in official language of the subitem 11 of Item 11 to replace the word "approval" with the word "approval";

- add Item 31 with subitems 11, 12 following contents:

"11) non-paid receipts from physical persons and legal entities on financial and material security of road activities, including donations;

12) investments and grants.".
