Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2021 No. 2416 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of development, production, testing, storage, realization (including distribution), utilizations of pyrotechnic products IV and V of classes according to the national standard, applications of pyrotechnic products IV and V of classes according to the technical regulation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 1, the Art. 128).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2022.
