Being guided by Item 6.8 of Chapter 6 of the program approved by article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About approval of annual and complex programs of actions for recovery, preserving, reproduction and use of ecosystem of the Lake Sevan" the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. Establish procedure of payments and payments of the additional amounts which are formed in International Energy Corporation and Power Networks of Armenia private companies from sale of the electrical energy developed due to the regulation of the water issued from the Lake Sevan during 2021, exceeding 170 million cubic meters according to Appendix.
2. Take into consideration that the amounts necessary for implementation of the target investments directed to the solution of major problems, upgrade of the irrigating systems provided by part 3 of the temporary program of change of the maximum annual regulation of release of water from the Lake Sevan in 2021 (appendix No. 7), the approved article 2.6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About approval of annual and complex programs of actions for recovery, preserving, reproduction and use of ecosystem of the Lake Sevan", will be provided by the orders of the Government of the Republic of Armenia until the end of reporting financial 2022.
3. This Resolution becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
