About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning regulation of legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with subsequent changes):
1) in Article 6 part one:
in the paragraph the second Item 19 of the word of "the Law of Ukraine "On features of state policy on ensuring the state sovereignty of Ukraine in temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions" shall be replaced with words "the Law of Ukraine "On providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine";
in paragraph one of Item 21 of the word "persons which during the period before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About features of state policy on ensuring the state sovereignty of Ukraine in temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions" shall be replaced with words also in figures "faces, which during the period till February 23, 2018 inclusive;
The second Item 13 of Article 9 of the word of "the Law of Ukraine "On features of state policy on ensuring the state sovereignty of Ukraine in temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "the Law of Ukraine "On providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine".
2. In the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 26, Art. 892 with subsequent changes):
Preamble to state 1) in the following edition:
"Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,
