Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of April 24, 2019 No. 183 "About determination in the humanitarian purposes of categories of persons having the right to file applications for admission in citizenship of the Russian Federation in the simplified procedure" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 17, of Art. 2071; 2020, No. 13, Art. 1906; No. 45, Art. 7094; 2022, No. 19, Art. 3190) following changes:
a) in Item 1 of the word "in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic or the Luhansk People's Republic" shall be replaced with words "in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region of Ukraine or the Kherson region of Ukraine";
b) in the paragraph the second the subitem "b" of Item 2 of the word "in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic or the Luhansk People's Republic" shall be replaced with words "in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region of Ukraine or the Kherson region of Ukraine".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
