About modification of Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation

a) state Item 66 in the following edition:

"66. Not settled issues according to the draft of the act are considered by Deputy Prime Ministers (according to distribution of obligations) with participation of heads of the federal executive bodies having disagreements. Relevant decisions are made on the specified disagreements.

Consideration of disagreements can be carried out at meeting of the relevant governmental coordinating or advisory body, and also on specifying of Deputy Prime Ministers (according to distribution of obligations) in Government office. On results of consideration of disagreements in Government office it is reported on Deputy Prime Ministers (according to distribution of obligations) for decision making.

If the decision prepared according to paragraphs the first and second this Item is not approved by one of Deputy Prime Ministers and also if according to the draft of the act there are disagreements between two or several Deputy Prime Ministers, the deputy manager of Government office (according to distribution of obligations) reports on it on the Deputy Prime Minister - to the Chief of staff of the Government for decision making. The Deputy Prime Minister - the Chief of staff of the Government within 5 days makes the relevant decision.

If necessary the Deputy Prime Minister - the Chief of staff of the Government reports on results of consideration of disagreements on the Prime Minister for adoption of the relevant decision.
