About measures for development of creative economy and creation of conditions for progressive development of the Kyrgyz Republic

In recent years the creative economy actively gains steam around the world, including in the Kyrgyz Republic, being one of the perspective sectors of economy founded on intellectual potential of the person and promoting growth of the income and employment of the population, increase in export and development of innovative entrepreneurship, and also allowing to monetize skills and abilities of the population at the same time keeping historical and cultural traditions of the people.

For the purpose of support and increase in creative (creative) and intellectual potential of the person, development of innovative processes in economy, creations of new opportunities for entrepreneurs and workplaces, diversifications of economy, increase in amount of export receipts, labor productivity and creation of the platform for the advanced developments, being guided by article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. Determine creative economy one of the priority directions of state policy of the Kyrgyz Republic and create the bases for development of the innovative direction of national economy allowing to advance the sector of the creative industries as new industry of economy of the future, the making essential contribution to social and economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

- approve the Concept of development of creative economy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- determine classification of the creative industries;

- create the Park of the creative industries;
