About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Item 15) parts (1) article 4 of the Law on the state fee No. 1216/1992 (repeated publication: 2004, 302), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 53-55, in the following edition:

Art. IV. - In Item c) article 51 of the Law on the modes of emergency, obsidional and warlike situation No. 212/2004 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 132-137, 696), with subsequent changes, words "the state material and mobilization reserves;" shall be replaced with words "the state and mobilization reserves;".
