About introduction of amendments to the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2022 No. 207/2021
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2022 No. 207/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 315-324, 482) to make the following changes:
1. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Art. 1. - Funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2022 affirm according to the income in 12373688,9 amount thousand lei and to expenses as 12618688,9 amount thousand lei, with deficit in the amount of 245000,0 thousand lei.".
2. State appendix 1 in the following edition:
