ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2016 No. 77 "About approval of Regulations of Admission to training in the military, special educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan realizing educational programs of the higher education"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2016 No. 77 "About approval of Regulations of Admission to training in the military, special educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan realizing educational programs of the higher education" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 13199, it is published on March 4, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes and amendments:

in the Regulations of Admission to training in the military, special educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan realizing educational programs of the higher education approved by the specified order:

to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:

"Chapter 1. General provisions";

to state heading of Chapter 2 in the following edition:

"Chapter 2. Procedure for acceptance in military educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs";

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Following the results of professional and orientation work educational cases of candidates for study are created.

The personnel service of Department of police, military unit directs the created educational cases of candidates to military educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs till July 20 of year of receipt.

Educational case of the candidate for training who filed petition is direct in military educational institution (including in electronic format), is created by personnel service of military educational institution till July 20 of year of receipt.";
