Article 1. Article 2. Article 3. 1) in the paragraph the second Article 3 the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability";

2) Article 4 in paragraph nine the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability";

3) in Article 6:

in paragraph seven the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability";

to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:

"assistance to development and ensuring participation of persons with disability and other persons physically challenged in Paralympic and Deaflympics, the special Olympic Games and other sporting events among persons with disability";

Development of adaptive sport of persons with disability and other persons physically challenged is based on the principles of priority, mass distribution and availability of sports activities.

Physical rehabilitation and social adaptation of persons with disability and other persons physically challenged with use of methods of adaptive physical culture and adaptive sport are performed in the sports organizations, including the rehabilitation centers, sports clubs of persons with disability.

For persons with disability and other persons physically challenged studying in the relevant educational institutions occupations with use of means of adaptive physical culture and adaptive sport taking into account individual capabilities and the state of health of such students will be organized.

Specially authorized state body together with public authorities on places, self-government institutions of citizens and public associations of persons with disability promote integration of persons with disability and other persons physically challenged in system of physical training, physical development and physical training by means of the sports organizations.
