Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 24, 1996 No. 132-FZ "About bases of tourist activities in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 49, Art. 5491; 2007, No. 7, Art. 833; 2009, No. 1, Art. 17; 2012, No. 19, Art. 2281; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3946; 2016, No. 10, Art. 1323; 2017, No. 1, Art. 6; 2018, No. 7, Art. 976; No. 17, Art. 2420; No. 24, Art. 3416; 2019, No. 27, Art. 3535; No. 49, Art. 6978; 2021, No. 13, Art. 2134; No. 17, Art. 2879; No. 27, Art. 5146) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) to state the paragraph of the twenty seventh in the following edition:

"the electronic permit - the document created electronically in unified information system of electronic permits on the basis of the data containing in the agreement on realization of tourist product and provided by tour operator according to the procedure established by this Federal Law;";

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"unified information system of electronic permits - the state information system functioning on the basis of program, technical means and information technologies and providing collection, processing, storage, provision, placement and use of the data containing in agreements on realization of tourist product, and other data which are subject to representation by tour operator in unified information system of electronic permits, according to the procedure, established by this Federal Law.";

2) in Article 4.2:
