In "Provision o application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About passports", approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 11, 2013 No. 908 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 6, Article 636; 2015, No. 5, Article 520; 2018, No. 5, Article 928; 2021, No. 6 (I book), Article 567; The Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 29, 2021 No. 1553) to make the following changes:

1. To add subitem 3.2.2 after the word of "citizen" with words "(taking into account subitem 3.2.6 of this provision)".

2. at the end of Item 3.2.5 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with Item 3.2.6 of the following content:

"3.2.6. concerning the citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic living in foreign countries along with the documents provided by subitems 3.2. 1, 3.2.3, 3.2.5 of this provision:

1. in case of issue or replacement of the all-civil passport - the identity certificate or the all-civil passport of the citizen;

2. in case of issue of the all-civil passport to the citizen who did not reach 18-year age, for the first time - the certificate of birth and the medical certificate about blood type.".
