About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Procedure for Forming and Use of the Target Capital of Non-profit Organizations"

1) in Article 15:

a) add part 1 with Items 11 and 12 of the following content:

"11) investment shares of exchange mutual investment funds;

12) clearing participation certificates.";

b) state part 6 in the following edition:

"6. In case of property trust management, constituting the target capital, the conclusion of the agreements which are derivative financial instruments it is allowed if the conclusion of such agreements is provided by the property trust management agreement constituting the target capital which is concluded by non-profit organization - the owner of the target capital with managing company.";

2) part 3 of article 16 after words "this agreement," to add with the words "procedure and terms of calculation of net assets value, being in trust management of managing company according to the property trust management agreement, constituting the target capital";

"Regulations of the Bank of Russia" shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 2 of part 1 of Article 17 of the word "the specified agreement";
