About modification of the Form of the veterinary certificate on the sperm of dogs exported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. Bring in the veterinary certificate on the sperm of dogs exported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (No. form 46), No. provided by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of April 7, 2011 607, the following changes:

a) in Item 4.1:
