About modification of appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1424

Make change to appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1424 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and quotas for 2022" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, 4, the Art. 217) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 24, 2022 No. 353, having stated to No. the paragraph third Item 2 of notes in the following edition:
"Issue of export licenses of the goods specified in this Item of notes is performed based on requests within quota in the amount of 70000 tons monthly and based on the approvals submitted by Minagropolitiki within one-day term without involvement of the subject of foreign economic activity according to the procedure of interdepartmental exchange of information.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
